How are Gift Cards delivered and how long does the delivery take?

- Gift Cards are available via mail or electronically via email. For a gift e-voucher, chose your dedication and if you wish to directly email to recipient or yourself. The gift e-voucher will be emailed directly to the selected recipient immediately on completion of the transaction. For a Gift Card, we will post to selected recipient. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Republic of Ireland/ Northern Ireland and 7-12 business days for delivery within United Kingdom/ Europe, from the time of purchase.
What is the cost for postage and packaging fee for a physical Gift Card?

- To redeem your gift e-voucher or Gift Card, simply present it at the hotel reception for payment.
Can I convert a gift e-voucher into a physical Gift Card? (No)
Do I have to be staying at the hotel to use my Gift Card? (No)
- The gift e-voucher or Gift Card can be used as full or partial payment for overnight stays, dining, leisure activities, or any of our participating outlets or facilities; however, this must be presented at the hotel reception for payment.
Do I need to spend the full balance on my gift e-voucher/Gift Card at one time? (No)
- The gift e-voucher or Gift Card can be used as full or partial payment for overnight stays, dining, leisure activities, or any of our participating outlets or facilities until remaining balance is spent.
What if the total spend exceeds the value of my gift e-voucher/Gift Card?
- If the total spend exceeds the value of your gift e-voucher/Gift Card, you are responsible for the remaining amount with another form of payment.
Will I receive cash back if I do not spend the full balance on my gift e-voucher/Gift Card? (No)

Can I use my GBP gift e-voucher/Gift Card in a hotel which transacts in euro or a EUR gift e-voucher/Gift Card in a hotel which transacts in British pound? (Yes)
- Yes this is possible and applicable fees apply. This Gift Card may be used for transactions in other currencies subject to a currency conversion at the relevant exchange rate applied by Hilton and an additional exchange rate fee of 2.99%. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for further details.
